A secure workflow for authorized reseller campaigns
AudienceOnly helps resellers organize customer-authorized campaign requests inside a private account. The operational catalogue is available only after sign-in, while public pages explain responsible planning without exposing current service data.
Confirm authorization and scope
Before accepting a request, confirm that the customer owns or is authorized to promote the target. Record the requested platform, campaign type, public URL, quantity and timing. Do not request a customer’s password, OTP or private account token.
Document every order clearly
Keep a separate record for each customer and target. Copy the order identifier after submission and note the service description shown at that time. Avoid simultaneous orders for the same target when their effects or statuses could overlap.
Set realistic expectations
Explain that availability, processing time and platform behavior may change. Do not promise guaranteed engagement, sales, permanence or unrestricted account safety. Review the current description and order summary with the customer before proceeding.
Protect customer and account data
Use strong account credentials and a verified recovery email. Share only public target links required for fulfillment. Keep wallet and order records inside the secure workspace, and contact support with an order ID rather than sending sensitive credentials.
Handle issues methodically
Check the recorded link and status first. Failed, cancelled and partial outcomes are handled according to the published refund policy and confirmed delivery state. Give support a concise description and avoid duplicate resubmission while a review is open.
Account and API access
Verified account users can manage campaigns through the customer workspace. API access exists for authenticated reseller clients, but keys must remain secret and should be used only from a protected server—not embedded in websites or mobile bundles.
