Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This policy explains how AudienceOnly collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and digital social-media services.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, username, email address, authentication identifiers, order details, public campaign links, payment and wallet records, support messages, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and security logs. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored by AudienceOnly in readable form.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process and monitor orders, maintain balances, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, improve our service, and meet legal obligations. Public campaign links are shared with the relevant service provider only where required to fulfil an order.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use trusted infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment, and fulfilment providers. We share only the information reasonably required for their function. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or our rights.
Retention and security
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably required for service, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may review or update profile information in your account. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained where legally required.
Children and changes
AudienceOnly is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy and will publish the revised date here. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies.
