Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One person may not use the service for fraud, abuse, evasion, or unlawful activity.
Permitted use
Use services only for content and accounts you own or are authorized to promote. You must comply with applicable law and third-party platform rules. Do not order services for illegal, deceptive, hateful, infringing, or harmful content.
Orders and payments
Review the service description, target link, quantity, price, and limits before ordering. Wallet funds are debited when an order is accepted. Prices and service availability may change before an order is placed. Digital delivery and refunds are governed by the applicable policies linked below.
Third-party platforms
AudienceOnly is independent from the social platforms shown in the catalog and does not claim endorsement by them. Platform actions, algorithm changes, account restrictions, removed content, or third-party outages are outside our control. No specific commercial or audience result is guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts, reject orders, or preserve records where reasonably required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material breach of these Terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. AudienceOnly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited as permitted by applicable law.
Policies and updates
Our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Service Delivery Policy form part of these Terms. Updated terms take effect when published unless a different date is stated.
